About

I offer Reiki-centered sessions for people who want to engage healing more deeply over time.

My name is Vinay, and I offer Reiki-centered sessions for people who feel stuck, emotionally heavy, disconnected, or caught in repeating patterns. To me, Reiki is not only a way to relax. It can also become a doorway into deeper self-awareness. A session may reveal emotional blocks, subconscious patterns, chakra themes, body signals, or spiritual insights that are asking to be understood. My work is especially suited to people who want to slow down, listen inwardly, and work with what is present in a grounded and reflective way. Some people come because they feel unclear about their next step. Some come because life feels heavy. Some come because they know a deeper pattern is asking to be seen. My approach is simple: begin with Reiki, pay close attention, and support what is actually moving. I care about healing that can be felt, understood, journaled, and integrated into everyday life.

Inspirations

  • My work is grounded in Reiki and informed by a wider field of spiritual practice, shadow work, and inner development.
  • Reiki as a long-term healing path
  • Shadow work and emotional integration
  • Grounding and regulation through specific practices and nature
  • Spiritual protection, clarity, and energetic boundaries
  • Archetypal and symbolic currents that support courage, truth, and discernment
  • This wider background informs the atmosphere of the work, while Reiki remains the central practice.

This work may be for you if…

  • You feel stuck but cannot fully explain why.
  • You keep repeating the same emotional, relationship, or life pattern.
  • You feel heavy, blocked, anxious, disconnected, disassociative or unsure of your next step.
  • You are carrying old emotional trauma and want a gentle way to unwind it.
  • You are drawn to Reiki, chakras, journaling, or personal development — but want something more grounded than vague spiritual advice.
  • You want a session that helps you relax, reflect, and see yourself more clearly.

Services

Distance Reiki sessions for people who want to go deeper than temporary relief. These sessions are designed to support relaxation, emotional release, subconscious pattern awareness, chakra balancing, and integration over time.

Wellness Map Session

A distance Reiki session for people who feel stuck, emotionally heavy, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step. This session gives you space to slow down, receive Reiki, and explore what may be happening beneath the surface emotionally, energetically, and intuitively.

  • '4 Planes Discussion' where we look for patterns and blockages across physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological planes
  • Distance Reiki session that uses the information gathered int eh 4 planes discussion to more quickly understand what work should be done
  • Post-session discussion kept light and small while you integrate for 2-3 days
  • After 2-3 days I'll discuss and send you a 'welness map' of personalized practices, time frames and suggested courses of action to unwind the blockages and work with the patterns identified in the session
  • It's possible at that time to come back to the work with follow up sessions or journaling to reduce trauma or identify patterns and take aciotn to remove blockages.

Ongoing Reiki Integration

For people who want to work with Reiki over time rather than as a one-off experience. Ongoing sessions can help create a steady healing rhythm, allowing deeper emotional, spiritual, and subconscious patterns to surface and be worked with consciously.

  • Emotional release over time
  • Repeating pattern awareness
  • Chakra balancing
  • Nervous system grounding
  • Spiritual clarity
  • Integration between sessions

Subconscious Pattern Journaling

A journaling process designed to help you notice emotional patterns, track what surfaces during Reiki, and bring subconscious material into awareness. The Reiki session can reveal the pattern. Journaling helps you recognise how that pattern appears in real life.

  • Notice recurring emotional reactions
  • Track patterns in relationships, choices, and triggers
  • Reflect on insights from Reiki sessions
  • Bring subconscious material into conscious awareness
  • Support emotional integration between sessions
  • Build a clearer relationship with your inner life

The Wellness Map

A Reiki session can bring up powerful insights, but those insights can fade if they are not captured and integrated. The Wellness Map is a personalised reflection created after deeper sessions. It organises the key themes that came through across four planes.

Emotional

feelings, memories, emotional patterns

Physical

body sensations, tension, recurring body themes

Psychological

beliefs, behaviours, subconscious patterns

Spiritual

intuition, meaning, lessons, deeper guidance

Many modern Somatic Therapies begin with the body by asking, ‘Where do you feel this?’

That can be powerful. The body often shows where a pattern is active through sensations such as tightness, heaviness, numbness, heat, pressure, fatigue, or tension.

But body sensation is only one plane of experience.

Some patterns are easier to recognise through emotion. Some through repeated behaviours. Some through subconscious beliefs. Some through chakra imbalance, spiritual disconnection, or a sense of being blocked in life.

The Wellness Map uses several planes at once — emotional, physical, psychological, and spiritual — to help triangulate the deeper pattern more clearly.

The body may show where the pattern is held. The Four Planes help reveal what the pattern means.

More than body sensation alone

Somatic Therapies and body-based awareness can be valuable because the body can reveal what the conscious mind has learned to avoid.

But not everyone can access body sensation easily. Some people feel numb, shut down, disconnected from their body, or unable to name the emotion underneath what they are experiencing.

The Wellness Map does not force insight through one doorway. It allows the session to begin wherever the truth is most accessible — through the body, emotion, behaviour, belief, chakra pattern, or spiritual theme.

Somatic sensation is one signal within the map. It is not the whole map.

Your Wellness Map may include chakra themes, emotional patterns, intuitive reflections, and journaling prompts to help you keep working with what came through. The Reiki session helps reveal the pattern. The Wellness Map helps you integrate it.

Community

Psychedelic preparation and integration—with people around you

This moderated Facebook community is for people preparing for a psychedelic ceremony and for those still making sense of what surfaced afterward.

The conversations bring together personal reflection, Reiki, energy-healing perspectives and structured journaling. You can explore intentions, integration practices and difficult or meaningful experiences alongside people who understand that healing does not always happen all at once.

Personal experience is welcome. Dosing, sourcing and medical advice presented as fact are not.

The group is one part of Always Be Reiki’ing’s broader work with Reiki, the Four Planes and reflective support for spiritually open people.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Can Reiki work from afar?

Yes. Distance Reiki is based on the understanding that Reiki is not limited by physical location. Many clients experience remote sessions as deeply calming, physical, emotional, and insightful. Some feel warmth, tingling, movement, emotional release, or a deep meditative state. Others simply feel calmer, lighter, or clearer afterwards. You do not need to force anything. You only need a quiet space where you can relax and receive.

What if I do not know what I want to work on?

That is completely fine. Many people come because they feel stuck, heavy, unclear, or disconnected, but they do not know exactly why. The session begins with what is present. Through intention setting, Reiki, and reflection, the deeper themes often become clearer.

What might I feel during a session?

Everyone experiences Reiki differently. Some people feel warmth, tingling, energy movement, emotion, memories, images, or physical sensations. Others enter a deep state of rest or feel very little during the session but notice changes afterwards. There is no right way to experience Reiki.

How is the Wellness Map different from Somatic Therapies?

Somatic Therapies often begin with body sensation — for example, asking where an issue is felt in the body and what sensation is present there. That can be a powerful doorway into healing, and the Wellness Map includes the physical body as one of its four planes. The difference is that the Wellness Map does not treat body sensation as the whole picture. It also looks at emotion, subconscious beliefs, repeated behaviours, chakra themes, spiritual meaning, and integration. This can be especially helpful when someone feels numb, shut down, dissociated, disconnected from the body, or unable to identify the emotion underneath what they are experiencing. The body is one doorway. The Wellness Map looks at the whole system.

What happens after the session?

After the session, we reflect on what came through and identify the clearest themes. You may receive integration suggestions such as inner child work, soul retrieval, journaling prompts, or a Wellness Map Document, depending on the session type. The Wellness Map Document is a written record of the themes identified in the session, along with written recommendations so you can return to the work at a later date. The aim is to help you understand and work with what surfaced, rather than leaving the insight behind.
